A consultancy built around one discipline
Orvon Information Technologies is a logistics-focused SAP consulting and technology company based in Istanbul, delivering to clients and partner agencies across Türkiye and Europe.
The company was founded in 2021 as the vehicle for independent consulting work that had already been running for years. What began as MM consulting on manufacturing programmes has grown into end-to-end supply chain coverage, and more recently into enterprise AI.
The through-line has not changed. Every programme we take on turns on the same question: how do goods actually move through this business, and does the system describe that truthfully? Modules, releases and deployment models change around that question; the question does not.
We work as lead consultants. On most engagements since 2018 we have owned the workstream from analysis through go-live, brought our own team where the scope warranted it, and stayed on for support afterwards. Several clients (Petrol Ofisi, OPET, Çalık Holding) have come back for a second and third programme.
Founder
Çağdaş Koç is a senior SAP consultant with over twelve years of experience, consistently serving as lead consultant on S/4HANA implementation and transformation programmes with a specialised focus on procurement.
His core expertise lies in SAP MM, complemented by substantial proficiency in SAP IS-OIL & Gas, SAP MDG and SAP Ariba, built through leading complex deployments across steel, oil and gas, FMCG, retail, textile, automotive and consumer electronics.
Beyond Türkiye, he has delivered international roll-out assignments in Germany, Italy, Kosovo and Malaysia. His technical depth extends into the ABAP layer: rather than relying solely on functional configuration, he writes his own programs, reports and enhancements where a project's requirements call for it.
Most recently he has extended his advisory scope into enterprise AI, designing adoption roadmaps and delivering hands-on LLM training programmes that translate emerging AI capabilities into measurable value for client organisations.
