    On almost every engagement since 2018 we have been the lead consultant, owning analysis, conceptual design, development, testing, UAT and go-live rather than picking up a slice of someone else's plan.

    Downstream fuel is where we are deepest, with repeated IS-OIL & Gas programmes for Türkiye's largest fuel retailers. Around that sits real delivery experience in steel, aluminium, automotive, FMCG, retail, textile and utilities.

    When a process genuinely does not fit standard configuration, we write the ABAP ourselves (programs, reports, BADIs, enhancements) instead of forcing the business to bend. Applied selectively, where the requirement earns it.

AI that runs inside the enterprise, not beside it.

Most enterprise AI stops at the demo. Ours does not, because we start from the SAP process rather than from the model. We know what the nightly invoicing run actually does, which ABAP report owns it, and what breaks if you touch it. The automation we build drives the existing system instead of replacing it.
